Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Uzbekistan Leonid Marinich held a meeting at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan on 20 June 2018.

According to the press service of the Embassy of Belarus in Tashkent, the sides discussed issues of intensifying the bilateral dialogue at the highest level.

The parties reached an agreement on intensifying work on the preparation for signing international treaties and other bilateral documents.

In addition, representatives of the Foreign Ministry of the Republic of Uzbekistan discussed issues related to the preparation of the sixth meeting of the Joint Intergovernmental Commission on bilateral cooperation between the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Uzbekistan in Tashkent.
