The decision was made at a meeting of acting Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Artem Novikov with Deputy head of the Uzbek government Sardor Umurzakov in Ferghana.

Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan intend to establish a $50mn investment fund. The sides also agreed to expand cooperation in the customs sphere.

The decision was made at a meeting of acting Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Artem Novikov with Deputy head of the Uzbek government Sardor Umurzakov in Ferghana.

The parties have agreed to discuss joint investment projects and industrial cooperation for the development of border regions by December 25. They also talked about the development of international transport and trade.
