The volume of wholesale trade in Uzbekistan made up 20.38 trillion soums in January-May 2018, growing by 5.7% year-on-year.

Compared to the previous year, the decrease in the growth rates of whole sale trade turnover was observed in the following regions: Kashkadarya - 87.2%, Ferghana region - 99.9%, the Republic Karakalpakstan - 93.8%.

The turnover of small enterprises and microfirms increased by 6.9% and reached 13.748 trillion soums, the share of sales in the total turnover of wholesale trade was 67.5%.
